As a single father of five children, Joey Schonefeld knew that his dedication and work ethic were what would make the difference for his family. Using his expertise in the ag confinement field, he founded Signet Builders in 1994. His dedication to both his family and his customers are what strengthened his resolve to build a best-in-class, unparalleled ag construction company that Signet is today.

Mike provides more than 18 years of leadership experience to SIGNET companies, with decades of construction experience and skills. Mike knows that in order to continue to grow SIGNET, we must further exceed our customer's expectations with regards to fair pricing, service, and delivering quality on time. A veteran in the industry, Mike prides himself in being able to take a team to a job that is behind schedule of a general contractor's build and providing the structure and processes to get the project back up to speed on pace to make a deadline. That pride runs deep with Mike in his leadership abilities, his vision, and his passion to deliver.
NATALIE FARMER

Natalie Farmer is an accomplished immigration attorney, focused on the value of a diversified workforce, providing aid to ag businesses, by way of the U.S. Department of Labor, Department of Justice, international consulates, and all federal regulatory bottlenecks that exist. Natalie’s passion is helping ag businesses acquire the labor they need, whilst maintaining local, state, and federal regulatory compliance, empowering businesses to thrive. A family-oriented leader, Natalie has roots in Georgia, Iowa, and Texas. Natalie has fermented her expertise in the largest ag communities across the country, delivering thousands of laborers to job sites coast-to-coast.

Brad is an experienced CFO and business leader with a track record of aggressively growing organizations and implementing change.
